Pre-Construction

We are happy to work hand-in-hand with your architect in the design phase to help identify efficient means and methods, and a comprehensive scope of work, which translates into a thoroughly encompassing contract.

From that point, we handle all of the scheduling, sub-contracting, timely procurement of special order materials, pulling all appropriate permits – everything to get your project off on the right foot.

Construction

Once ground has been broken, you will be informed of progress and project specificities during weekly meetings, where timelines and deadlines for client decision making are discussed. Changes in scope of work or concealed conditions are addressed immediately with you and your design team in order to create solutions and keep your project on schedule. Our field workers and subcontractors will treat your house as they would treat their own, leaving it secure, and as tidy as possible at the end of each work day. We ensure that close attention will be paid to any of your specific requests, and will not consider a project complete until you are 100% satisfied with our work and how we leave our jobsite.
