This truly one of a kind custom home was designed to fit into the geographical features of this lot. Conscious Construction found the perfect place to build a custom home in the East Richmond Heights.  Throughout the house all the designs and planning took into account the outdoor space and how it could be enjoyed from inside the house.

The house is a two story 3 bedroom with artisan finishes including custom iron work, vertical grain douglas fir ceiling throughout the upper floor, large windows and a deck that takes you into the natural surroundings.  Conscious Construction also included a primary suite and a downstairs family room that enhances the overall design of the home.
