Conscious Construction owner/builder Jeff Sochet took an underutilized live/work warehouse and created three living spaces by keeping the existing apartment and adding one ADU and a Jr. ADU. Each unit has polished concrete floors, on demand water heater, private yard space and off street parking. Interiors are industrial modern with new windows and one unit includes a loft. Focusing on efficiency in the units, these ADUs offer all the necessities at affordable prices.
