McGee House

The owners of the property wanted to take advantage of the large yard space to create this 1000 sq ft. ground up design build. The empty nesters wanted to down size from the main house of the property and relocate to the new ADU. The conceptual design morphed into the final project, emphasizing a clear story roof line capturing the south facing sunlight and great flowing interior layout.
