Lincoln Child Center, Oakland

Conscious Construction was honored to be chosen to build the new central office spaces for the community-based nonprofit organization Lincoln Child Center. Often in tenant improvement projects, the responsibility of the contractor is to be sensitive and coordinate around existing conditions and work environments, while remaining within budget and completing the work on time. Conscious Construction was able to meet and exceed our client’s expectations for this project while maintaining a minimally invasive presence to allow Lincoln Child Center to continue to perform their very important work throughout the process. The end result was a conversion of over 20,000 sq. ft. of warehouse space into clean, modern and efficient office space to allow Lincoln Child Center to continue to grow and meet the needs of their clientele.
